I'm so glad I made it through yesterday without munching! I had a normal amount of food, I think!

Bananas are definitely a healthier replacement for sugar cravings. This morning when I woke up, I felt lighter and empty. It was so so nice. Today I've had coffee to drink and I'm making a pita pizza for lunch (a piece whole wheat pita bread with veg, spinach and cheese on top; then cooked in the oven).
