Todays "cheat day", just so I don't go crazy I'm treating myself to Tim Horton's. I'll probably get my favourite - the sour cream glazed donut. SO GOOD.
Man, these days I've been so broke. And it's definitely the worst time for it. I'm over due to still pay my cellphone bill and my credit card is almost maxed. It really sucked because I still need to buy my new bus pass ($240), semester school payments ($500), and a ticket for Bluesfest ($99). I know I'm mostly at fault for this, as I have a minor shopping addiction, but how can a girl resist a good sale (remember the 40% off Abercrombie & Fitch sale??). I get my first paycheck from work this Thursday, so it better be a good one!
Anyway, not doing much today. Working all day with the night off and nothing to do! I'll probably relax and watch a movie in my room like usual.

Free card
Ate super good all day, but one of girlfriends called to go out to dinner tonight. I don't usually go out often so I gave myself a free card and let myself eat out! I had a cheese burger with fries. It was so so good. Especially the fries!
To make my day even better, my orders from Abercrombie & Fitch and Gillyhicks came in! I don't feel like posting all about that right now, but tomorrow after work I will.
Tonight the Real World is on. I know I'm a loser for watching it, but after seeing a random episode the other day when nothing better was on, I got hooked! It looks like it should be a drama filled episode. Woot.

Nothing new.
Nothings really new with me. Yesterday, I ate good - no junk food or munching. Today I might treat myself to a muffin or cookie from Tim Horton's after work.
These days I've been listening to ALOT of Peter Bjorn and John. I can't get this song out of my head!

Healthy living day #1
So today kick starts my race to 115 pounds. After my weekend of junk food, I weigh 130. What I did this morning before anything else, was plan exactly what I was going to eat today, down to the calorie. I definitely like doing this because it helps keep track of what's going in and I think by being more conscious of what I AM eating I'll be less likely to munch out. So for today this is what I planned out:
Breakfast: 3 tablespoons of egg whites, 3 tablespoons of black beans, 1/2 cup of frozen spinach and sriracha sauce on top. 1 coffee - black
Lunch: 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, 1/2 cup of spinach, 3 tablespoons of black beans, with sriracha sauce on top.
Dinner: 1 can of tuna
Since I have my last exam this evening, I switched the lunch and dinner so I'd have time to cook everything. But normally I would of saved the chicken for dinner.
As for exercise, I did a 30 min yoga work-out DVD, complements of Jillian Michaels. I feel like a total loser for doing work-out videos, but hey it's ALOT cheaper than buying yoga classes. The one near my house is $16 a class - twice the amount I paid for the DVD!
I don't know what got into me to get so motivated, but I hope I can stay this way to reach my goal.

Dreaming of summer time
I can't wait for summer time. I can't wait for the warm weather, the atmosphere, the music, wearing short shorts, flip flops and flowy skirts. I can't wait for the bike rides on the dirt paths and early morning yoga classes.

Sunday lazy dayyy
I just signed up with Bloglovin, so please follow my blog with bloglovin!
It was so nice to wake up and see that I slept in until 11:52 today! Sleeping in past 9am is a challenge for me! Anyway, today is definitely one of the lazy days. I painted my finger and toe nails lollipop red and watched Revenge of the Nerds. Pretty good Sunday so far!

Ughhhh
Had a really good dinner tonight. I'm so full it's ridiculous. I wish I could go to the gym tomorrow, but because of the holiday everything is closed.
Cheat day
Cheat day begins... Had an egg and cheese sandwich with a black coffee. Lunch I'll probably go to Tim Hortons for a bagel or a doughnut. I know it sounds weird, but I'm kind of excited to get back to eating healthy and no bad foods! I'm really looking forward to starting to hit the gym! Let's hope I can keep this positive attitude up, eh!
Had a hot chocolate and a oat meal rasin cookie for lunch. I'm not feeling very hungry after my first exam and with another one coming up shortly this afternoon. I can't wait to get home to relax and indulge! I'm making hamburgers for supper and cup cakes for dessert. I'm also picking up either a bottle of wine or beer to go with. I'll probably get some chips and make dip for later too!

Just thinking about things..
This week has been bad as far as cheating on sweets goes. But I'm letting it go because this week I got my rag, and that usually happens. Anyway. Tomorrow is cheat day and I'll let myself have whatever I want, but from then after I really need to watch what I'm eating.
I've noticed that one thing that isn't good is: the amount of oil I'm using in my stir-frys and the amount/type of sauce that I use. If I'm not careful, I end up eating a stir-fry full of salt and calories. And obviously doing me no good and no closer to 115 pounds.

Summer Goals
Hi, it's me again. I switched over from Wordpress back to Blogger. It's so so much better here!
I'm almost finished school! Tomorrow I have 2 exams and then my last one is on Monday. My new job is going okay. It's really boring, but it's easy and it's nice being downtown.
Anyway, I've decided to make some goals for myself this summer:
1. Save $200 every paycheck this summer. I don't think I'll be moving out of my dad's anytime soon, but next year when I'm done school I probably will. Every penny will count! So over the next 4 months I hope to save $3500 and keep my credit card out of debt!
2. Start working out again. I've been so lazy these past few months and it's showing. I'm like a bowl full of jell-o! Over these next few months, I hope to go down to 115. I'm 128 currently.
What I'm going to say next goes against my goal #1, but it's not quite summer so I'm going a little wild! Yesterday, Abercrombie and the other Abercombie & Fitch brands started there sale where you get an additional 40% off your entire order! Yippee! So I ordered a bunchh of stuff from Abercrombie and Gillyhicks. I haven't bought anything from Gillyhicks, but their bras and undies are really cute and feminine. ALOT more my style in comparison to Lasenza, that I find is really slutty. But anyway, I got alot of great deals. A pair of plaid pajama pants I got for $5.94 and another pair of floral onces for just $11.94. All of the travel sized body washes and lotions were also on sale at Gilly Hicks that i got for just a $1.14 each. Anyway, here's what I'm really really looking forward to getting; this cute light blue dress and navy cardigan!
