So I finally made it to the gym today after having not gone in months! Although I didn't do much, it was nice. I went on the bike for 45 minutes, burned almost 200 calories. Today I didn't have very much to eat really. I had a coffee in the morning before the gym, after shopping I had a Bananas-a-Whey (Minus the whey) smoothie from Booster Juice and a oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. After looking up the calorie content, I'm not surprised that my smoothie had 445 calories. The cookie, was homemade from a convenience store, but my guess is about 200 calories.
Not doing a whole lot tonight. I'm going to watch Blue Valentine after this and probably head to bed early.
